Get a skin analysis is the first step in skin care. But it is also the most neglected.
Here is a story about my friend Gina beauty conscious. She went through a lot until she finally got it right.
Gina To be honest, a person has been in vain. It was still wrapped in his love and beauty. It would even spend hours in the bathroom Application facial cleansers, toners and moisturizers.
Gina also avoid the sun, eat healthily and refrained cigarettes and alcohol. But for some reason, his skin does not always produce the results she wanted her.
She wanted soft and smooth skin. But mostly her face felt tight and dry blisters.
Gina thought she was doing something wrong. Maybe that was the name brand products she was using? Perhaps if she switched to another brand's condition improves.
Then she turned to her and watching television ads for beauty. She wrote for various products and brands that saw and went out to buy them.
She bought the products more expensive and popular. She thinks that the higher the cost, the best a product will work on her skin.
So what happened then? Did the situation improve?
Sad to say, but no. She still had problems with skin care. Only this time she also had a collection of expensive cosmetics, a times used.
Gina was so disappointed she was about to abandon. She thought that was beautiful skin not for her.
It was at this point, however, as I walked in. I decided to give Gina a few tips.
I asked him about his skin type. And as I suspected, she did not know.
So I explained the 5 types of skin. They are oily skin, dry skin, sensitive skin, combination skin and normal skin.
Oily skin is a result of excess sebum. This type of skin is often hereditary. But it is also influenced by diet and hormone levels and lifestyle.
Dry skin is the result of moisture lost. The skin is simply unable to retain moisture. This is due to rupture of hydro-lipid skin. This system is composed of sebum, oils and other natural moisturizing factors of the skin.
Sensitive skin itching, stinging and dry. Red patches on the skin are also common. Sensitive skin grows easily Allergies to products of the skin.
Combination skin consists of dry skin and fat. Some areas of the face is dry, while other areas are oily. The oily areas tend to be the forehead, nose and chin. To treat combination skin requires a dual approach. The greasy areas must be treated separately from the drylands.
Normal skin has a good balance of oil and moisture. The only thing to do here is to maintain this balance.
It turned out that Gina has sensitive skin. And the beauty products she used in the past, not even annoying.
Now Gina is working with her skin type. She knows what her sensitive skin needs and appropriate treatments to use. Gina is no longer the game when it comes to skin care.
This brings us back to my first point. A skin analysis is the first step in skin care. It is how we find what works best. In other Under a skin analysis is the key to having beautiful skin.
