I am sometimes amused by the women who tell me they have "skin" as sensitive as if it were a badge of honor, proof positive of their femininity. The classic symptoms:

• redness, irritation, especially in the T zone
• tingling, tightening, drought and desquamation
• reaction or discomfort in the procedures or products of shaving, waxing, cosmetics
• redness, swelling, edema, which sometimes can be promoted to rosacea

In fact, it is a sign of weakness, and it is sometimes caused by the use or overuse of bad products, especially moisturizers. It seems antithetical-a moisturizer was probably the first product you used on your skin and that you trust and used most frequently, but it could also be one who harms your skin and age of the plus-or acceleration aging skin, or cause skin sensitivity.

Skin young and healthy cells of the dermis to collect water from the food we eat and the water we drink, and provide water to the surface of the skin. It is a natural food and cell repair. This is why it is so important that we keep the skin cells active and functioning normally. But when you apply a moisturizer to hydrate the skin and fat, skin cells of the skin send a message to the cells of the dermis to slow down, we're fat and happy here. Causing skin cells to become lazy, dormant, and the skin becomes drier, thinner and less elastic. At this stage, the skin is compromised, and begins to lose its ability to function as a natural protective barrier. This induces a sensitivity and leads to redness, irritation, wrinkles and accelerated aging.

Crazy as it sounds, moisturizers, which are supposedly calming and soothing, are often just the opposite. If you use a moisturizer, use one that removes irritation, which soothes the skin, which contains some retinol to awaken dormant cells. And never use a moisturizer except products that activate and stimulate your skin.

Kick the habit of moisturizing cream. Make sure your skin rejuvenation and repair itself. This is one of the best strategies for well-nourished, healthy skin.
