How and where can I transfer e-books on my Kindle using a USB cable and PC?
Someone I know wants how to upload ebooks she obtained from a free site (yes, they are authentic and old books out of copyright). There is no DRM problem and not all ebooks are unrestricted and the PRC file format. She has obtained manybooks.net. I do not have access to the Kindle, but I 'll have to relay info to them. They said they were trying to do either. They said to connect the device to the PC and copy / transfer files on the Kindle. However, they say they can find e-books on Kindle after having copied it. Is there a special folder to use on the Kindle ebook for PRC files? Is there something that you have located on the Kindle for her to recognize ebooks transferred via the connection USB? Is something I do not know which is essential. Where exactly PRC files must be copied to the Kindle.
Plug in the USB to your computer then your Kindle. On the PC, go to your computer and you should see the Kindle listed as one of your readers. Inside is a folder named Currently, it is in here and have been all your books are stored. According to the user guide, it should recognize the format PRZ. I became in this case before, but never tried this file yet.
